Our featured couple this week are Marjorie and Omar, their wedding was a perfect example how you can have a beautiful classic wedding without breaking the bank. Every piece of their wedding fit together perfectly creating one elegant puzzle. Starting from their marble invitations all the way to individual gems on each place setting.
This wedding was near and dear to our hearts as they were referred by another one of Envisions favourite couples Mary and Robert who you can read more about in one of our past blog posts. Coincidentally they both chose the gorgeous and versatile Guild Inn Estates located in Scarborough. This location is often chosen for their stone structures and arches which make amazing photo backdrops.
The final week before the wedding had our boss babe Kimberly pulling all of her planner tricks out of the bag. The wedding cake, which was a last minute decision was ordered only 7 days before their big day, HUGE shout out to Andy’s Wedding Cakes for creating yet another masterpiece in such a short amount of time. Next Omar (the groom) got the marriage license only ONE day prior to the wedding day giving Kimberly a mini heart attack!! But wait, I am not yet finished- We also assisted in bringing in another makeup team at the eleventh hour because scheduling conflicted. Luckily everything was sorted out and led to a happy couple and an amazing day all around.
This couple was incredibly lovely and super laid which made solving problems that much easier. In this industry you always have to be quick on your feet and ready to tackle problems without getting overwhelmed.
