Wow, where to begin? There aren’t enough positive adjectives in the dictionary to describe how awesome our experience with Envision Weddings was. First off, we are extremely grateful for Jenna-Marie for her exceptional work as our wedding coordinator (big thank you to Haley and Jenny as well! 🙂). Jenna-Marie’s warm, bubbly personality and genuine care for our well-being made us feel like we were partnering with a trusted friend during the entire process. We are so blessed to have met Jenna-Marie and to now be able to call her our friend.
Jenna-Marie is hyper-organized, super responsive, and just downright lovely to be around. Where she shines most, however, is in dealing with unexpected challenges – her calm demeanour, quick thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to keep everyone focused amidst the chaos were truly remarkable. While our big day involved a lot of moving pieces and vendors, Jenna-Marie’s confident expertise and professionalism allowed us to fully enjoy every moment. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make our wedding such a spectacular experience and one of the best days of our lives!

We worked with Jenna and the Envision team for the 2 months leading up to our wedding. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and we felt like they were genuinely invested in creating our dream wedding. Jenna was so detail-oriented with planning and kept us on track with weekly checklists. She also created beautiful custom wedding stationary for us and spent so much time making sure we were happy with every single detail. Jenna always made sure to be available for any questions or concerns we had and handled everything with such care, thought, and efficiency. On the day of, Jenna and her assistant, Gabrielle, were total godsends! From helping us bring decor to the venue to making sure I stayed hydrated to setting up the space (it was gorgeous!!) to taking care of everything with our vendors, Jenna made sure that we could sit back and enjoy our day. The Envision Team are A+ wedding planners, fantastic humans, and we are so grateful to them for making our wedding day perfect.

I genuinely owe the ease and fun of our wedding to the Envision Team. Meghan and Jenna were incredible on our big day and in the month leading up. Meghan was so responsive, even at 1am when I'd be spiralling with wedding stress, and was amazing at taking initiative and making everything feel organized and easy. On our wedding day, Meghan and Jenna brought the perfect energy and were easy-going while also on-the-ball. They were able to navigate a couple changed plans without skipping a beat, and worked so well with our 12 person wedding party. Having their timeline and itinerary totally calmed my nerves in the days leading up, and having them there to keep us on track meant that myself, husband, wedding party, and family could simply float through the day, present and relaxed, and soak in every second without having to stress about anything. They were worth their weight in gold and then some, I can't thank the Envision team enough for the amazing experience, and absolutely perfect wedding day!

Meghan was available for me from the beginning answering every single email and text. I was very nervous about the coordination of all the vendors and the hotel the day of but she assured me that things would go smoothly and honestly they did! I want to thank her so much for making this day perfect for my family and the bride and groom were so mesmerized by how everything turned out. Amazing wedding planning services that's professional and keeps the planning process fun! Kim planned our wedding and she was a joy to work with. She was professional, organized, and always kept the planning process fun and exciting. She always had great advice and never ran out of options depending on budget and resources required. She never made us feel pressured and just really worked well with our personalities. It was also important for us to have a wedding planner that knew Chinese customs, which Kim brought a lot of insight on. ON the wedding day we also had Jenna's help and found she was organized and continued to carry the energy through the day. Highly recommend working with Envision Weddings!

The day I set my sights on planning a wedding I knew finding the right planner was going to be the most important decision I made. After interviewing upwards of 10 event planners I met Kim and I knew I just had to have her. My wedding day was absolutely perfect, there is literally nothing I regret or would change, all the credit goes to Kim, Meghan and Alexa. They are professional, quick to complete tasks, provide fantastic recommendations, on trend, have an incredible network of preferred vendors, have tons of experience and most of all are great people! We worked with Envision Weddings for our October 2022 wedding (month of coordination), and it was easily the best money we spent on our wedding! Kim and her team were fantastic to work with and were a huge reason our day went so smoothly. Kim has a wealth of knowledge about the wedding industry and was able to provide us with countless recommendations on our big day. She and her team made sure everything ran smoothly (and on time!) on the day of, and made it so that we didn’t have to think or worry about a thing. She somehow managed to find us a last minute Sax player when ours dropped out and was ready for any snags that could come up on our wedding day (snacks for bridal party, a ripped bridesmaids dress, etc.). If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, trust me you won’t regret it! We’ve already recommended Envision Weddings to our friends who are getting married this year! Where do we even begin to describe our incredible experience planning our Spanish destination wedding with Envision Weddings and Events. We started our journey with them in the Spring of 2020 and what was supposed to be a 2021 wedding soon became a 2022 wedding due to COVID, but Envision was with us every step of the way! It's astonishing we managed to pull off a Persian wedding in a European city we've never visited and all virtually! But truly the credit goes to Kim and Haley for making the process seem so easy, stress-free and fun.
Hardworking, dedicated, kind and professional only scratches the surface of this amazing team. Despite the exceptionally busy wedding season, Kim and Haley always made us feel special and wanted to ensure our wedding was uniquely ours down to the smallest detail. There really was nothing these two were incapable of doing or getting done; whether it was finding us a neon sign, custom ice cream flavours, finding flowers that weren't local or pulling a Persian sofreh together in a foreign country. I don't think 'impossible' exists in their vocabulary. Hiring Kim and her team was one of the best decisions we made and money well-spent. We could not have had the wedding of our dreams without them!

Envision Wedding is an absolute dream to work with. From the beginning they had made us feel so special and important (especially during a time where there are so many weddings), they never made us feel like another number and was absolutely worth every dollar and we would do it all over again.
Especially Jenna-Marie, she was our coordinator/planner from the beginning. She got to know us as a couple and understood what our vision/quirks were, and so dedicated to our wedding. She gave us the gift of peace of mind by thoroughly understanding our contracts, coordinated all our vendors, created the perfect timeline, set up our wedding exactly how we envisioned it, and ensured the day went smoothly. Jenna-Marie and her team Natalie and Sabrina orchestrated the perfect day, and we are so happy with how everything worked out. They were able to set up everything at the venue for 170 people, ensure a traditional tea ceremony/door games went smoothly, ensure we had late night McDonalds, and the best gift of all - allowed us to truly enjoy the day!

Kimberly and her team organized and coordinated our 4 day long wedding week - a fusion (Indian and Persian) wedding. The wedding week was perfect and it was all because of her and her team. They were so responsive, answered our questions at all hours of the day, and put their heart and soul into making the events special for us. Kim truly cares about the events and it is so obvious in her mannerisms.
While we were not completely sure about the Indian and Persian traditions ourselves, Kim went out of her way to teach us about the specifics and how the ceremonies would proceed. We highly recommend Kim and her team to everyone. They went above and beyond what we would have ever expected from their team. I don’t think that there is a team out there that cares more about their clients’ weddings.

Kim and Jenna were worth every penny! Jenna fixed all of our hair the morning of the wedding when the stylist I hired made us look like we were going to an 80’s themed prom. Ray and I cannot thank the Envision team enough for all of their support! I referred to Jenna as my Fairy Godmother during this whole planning process. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful and organized and made sure every wedding detail went off without a hitch! From the beginning, Nat was amazing! She contacted every vendor for us and made sure everyone knew the timeline and all the day-of details. Being able to quickly send her a text really made the experience so much better. During the wedding, Nat was ON TOP of everything. Nat and her team truly embodied what a wedding coordinator is. My fiancée and I hired Envision Weddings to be our planner for our big day and it was honestly one of the best investments that we have ever made.
From they beginning they were professional yet down to earth at the same time. They did a wonderful job of taking the stress away from a normally very stressful event.
And then there was our Senior planner, Jenna. She is organized, extremely easy to get along with and has a passion for what she does. We honestly felt like we were planning the wedding with a good friend.
They say you can’t have a wedding without something going wrong and for ours it seemed like everything that could possibly go wrong was going wrong. A storm hit on the day of the wedding and knocked out the power at our venue for most of the day. This is when we saw Jenna at her best - not only did she spring into action right away but she kept us completely calm during the whole ordeal and through multiple calls and running around and with the help of some friends we were able to still carry out everything that we had set out to do and planned for so long!
Thank you Jenna and Envision weddings for making our big day a success even with all the challenges thrown at us.

We couldn't have had a more perfect/seamless wedding day with the Envision Weddings Team by our side. Our lead Kim was so attentive to our wants and needs and ensured everyone was on time. She made it fun and there was communication all the way through so we as a couple, knew what to expect. Her assistants Jenna and Haley were amazing as well, checking in with us from time to time ensuring we were hydrated and had eaten. Being in the event industry myself, investing in a coordinator for your wedding is the best thing we could have done. We had a stress free day (besides the nerves/anxiety) and Kim and her team made it all happen. Also, Envision Floral Studio did our florals and centrepieces and we couldn't be more thrilled. They nailed it and all our guests raved about their work and loved the environment they created.
Thank you so so much for all your hard work, we appreciate everything you did for us. Everyone we spoke to thought you did an amazing job both in coordination and with the florals, and I must say it is hard to impress some aunties and uncles :) Thank you Kim, Jenna, Haley, Mike and Natalie!

Kimberly and her team were absolutely incredible, we hired them for month of coordination, floral and design. It is also through Envision Weddings that we found all the other incredible vendors that made our wedding day so incredibly perfect. I can say with confidence that if it were not for Kimberly and her team our wedding would not have been as incredible as it was. We were able to just enjoy the day while Kimberly and her team made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. From a design perspective Kimberly made our dreams come true and the flowers were truly incredible. If you are engaged, book Envision Weddings and Events, you will not regret it.
