As a bride who planned their wedding for 2.5 years, there was no better feeling than knowing my husband and I were finally being taken care of. To anyone thinking of working with the Envision Wedding Team - DO IT! We could not have imagined our special day and the surrounding weekend coming together the way it did without them.
We are a couple from California, so we went with the full wedding planning package knowing that we needed to work with someone local - for timezone and geographical reasons, as well as knowing the current market and having network contacts in the industry, among other important factors. We got more than we could have asked for, as we are a Filipino-American couple with plans to incorporate cultural wedding traditions, and us luck would have it, Kim grew up with Filipinos and was already very familiar with what we wanted to do. Also definitely worth mentioning that as we were going through the interviewing process, a non-negotiable for us was someone who had prior experience working with Casa Loma, which was to be our wedding venue. Not only had Kim done weddings at Casa Loma before, but she is so highly regarded by them that she was invited to decorate one of the rooms there during Christmas. Needless to say, there was no one else for the job for us after completing all the other interviews. So if you're getting married at Casa Loma, you DEFINITELY need to work with Envision!
Our celebrations took place over the course of a full weekend, which also included a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and farewell brunch event. Kim and her team were instrumental in every part of the weekend. They don't just take care of you for one special day in your life; they are with you through the whole thing.
When you work with Envision Weddings, you get the whole package - they work with you on all design aspects – we had a lightly Tangled-themed wedding, and they brought our vision into reality. They have their own floral studio and can do the day-of stationery as well. Their industry connections were amazing, and we were glad to have been put in contact with their partners and vendor recommendations. Kim was also an invaluable teammate, going to bat for us when working with outside vendors when the time came.
During the planning process, Kim was able to accommodate our late night zoom meetings due to the timezone difference. She also reassured us, wherever we were during our planning process – TRUST that they know what they’re doing. They were our biggest advocates and supporters, as well as our therapists when we needed it (lol). Also special mention to Megan, who went above and beyond so many times throughout the process and the day-of team, including Chantelle, who helped to keep us sane, on track, and on point on our big day, even in spite of how chaotic things seemed at times. It’s also worth mentioning that our venue coordinator at Casa Loma changed on us unexpectedly TWICE during the process, but the Envision Team kept us solid and grounded until the end.
Kim, Fiona, and the whole Envision Wedding Team really are incredible at what they do, and we are so fortunate to have been able to work with them and build off of their passion and hard work. You’ve given us memories and experiences we’ll never forget.

Kimberly and her team at Envision organized our wedding last August and did an outstanding job. It was a complicated task with 4 events at different venues around Niagara on the Lake (including one at home in the backyard), guests coming from various countries, and multiple caterers and other vendors. This would've been very hard to manage without the energy, experience, and extreme levels of competence that Kim and her colleagues provided. As very disorganized people, Kim's organized approach made sure we were always on track. When there were last-minute disasters (as inevitably happens), Kim had solutions ready, which took away a lot of stress. She even managed to find a woman pandit (Hindu priest) to conduct the ceremonies. The wedding itself was magical beyond our expectations. Thank you!!

Chantelle was with us on both the ceremony and reception day. She was an absolute sweetheart. Making my life (and everyone else's) easy from serving me my food, reminding my parents to eat, making holes in my heel straps for me, and just being there for every little thing I needed.
Jenna and Shams were there to help and did their parts to ensure the events went smoothly.

Kim is amazing ! I knew her because she did my brother's wedding and I saw her in action. I was of course possibly thinking of other options as well but it's so difficult to decide if they would give you results when you've never seen them work. Kim had a very concerning look at my brother's wedding , I see her sweating and eyes going everywhere , and that's why I chose her. Someone that cares , thinking multiple things at once on the job and knew exactly what's going on .
The day of my wedding she even made suggestions to my hair stylist , there was a small issue on something else and she told my mom to remain calm . She also has confident in her team so it makes it more trusting as well. Even though I've only spoken to her couple times through video chat , she read my mind couple things as well like she was my long time friend lol thanks Kim and Haley , we had some laughs and I have more memories because of it.

My wife and I initially considered the Envision Weddings Team and their wedding planning services based on a strong recommendation from my brother. He and his wife had nothing but praises to say regarding their dedication and commitment to creating an unforgettable wedding experience. Looking back now, after my own wedding, they certainly more than lived up to that expectation.
We worked with Kim as our event specialist and she very quickly helped us get our wedding planning into order. She assisted us in setting up realistic timelines, preparing useful organizational material, keeping track of our milestones, connected us with vendors, and countless other tasks. Furthermore she was quite flexible with her schedule, was always willing to go the extra mile to help us achieve our goals, and was simply fun to work with. Despite my wife and I's differences in approaching the wedding planning process, Kim was also able to help mediate some of our conflicts and keep us on track. By the wedding day we viewed her as not only our wedding planner, but also our personal cheerleader and occasional therapist. The Envisions Weddings Team not only delivered in the planning process, but also in the execution. Throughout our wedding day they insured my wife and I were constantly supported. From early in the morning until the late hours of the evening we watched several members of the team ensure that our vision came to life from setting up the floral arrangements and stationary, coordinating all the vendors, and even making sure we were well fed as well as hydrated. We are certain that behind the scenes, they were doing more than we realize. It is largely due to their efforts that my wife and I were able to enjoy and cherish the memories of our wedding day with the comfort of knowing everything was under control. Kimberly and her team did an amazing job. We hired her and her team as a 2 month planner before the wedding. She was quick to respond but also proactive to contact the vendors we already organized. She caught issues in our planning and timelines that we caused, and she dealt with those issues promptly. She and her team are problem solvers.

This was one of the best decisions I made for a perfect wedding day! They exceeded my expectations on all levels. From the moment we had our first meeting, I knew hiring Haley from Envision as our day of coordinator was the right choice! She felt like a close friend from the start!

Where she shines most, however, is in dealing with unexpected challenges – her calm demeanour, quick thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to keep everyone focused amidst the chaos were truly remarkable. While our big day and the days leading up to it involved a lot of moving pieces and vendors, Haley and her team’s confident expertise and professionalism allowed us to fully enjoy every moment. We worked with Jenna and the Envision team for the 2 months leading up to our wedding. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and we felt like they were genuinely invested in creating our dream wedding. Jenna was so detail-oriented with planning and kept us on track with weekly checklists. She also created beautiful custom wedding stationary for us and spent so much time making sure we were happy with every single detail. Jenna always made sure to be available for any questions or concerns we had and handled everything with such care, thought, and efficiency. On the day of, Jenna and her assistant, Gabrielle, were total godsends! From helping us bring decor to the venue to making sure I stayed hydrated to setting up the space (it was gorgeous!!) to taking care of everything with our vendors, Jenna made sure that we could sit back and enjoy our day.
