Kimberly Fu Skubic started her wedding planning journey nearly 17 years ago from her one-bedroom apartment, fresh out of college and facing a tough job market. What began as a Craigslist ad offering her services in exchange for photos quickly grew into a thriving career. Since then, she has opened four studios across Toronto, launched a successful floral business, and planned over 200 weddings across five countries.
Known for her straightforward yet empathetic approach, Kimberly solves problems with logic and humor—and yes, she’s armed with a potty mouth (sorry, Mom!). She believes every wedding should be something couples are truly proud of—authentic, personal, and free from outside pressure. Despite all these years, she still cries at weddings, especially during daddy-daughter moments, and she can’t resist a good love story.
She is recognized as one of the Top 3 Toronto Wedding Planners in 2024 by Three Best Rated, has over 130 glowing reviews on WeddingWire and Google, and was named one of the Top Party and Event Planners by Post City Magazine. However, what truly sets her apart is her warmth and authenticity. Clients often describe her as more than just a planner—she’s a trusted friend, guiding them through one of the most important moments of their lives with care, enthusiasm, and most of all, heart.
CHANTELLE MINA, WPICC
Lead Event Specialist
Chantelle Mina discovered her true passion in 2019 when she traded culinary arts for wedding planning—and she hasn’t looked back! Before that, she was the youngest manager at her job, even holding shares in the company. But while she still loves cooking for loved ones, weddings stole her heart. After earning her WPIC designation, she dove into creating unforgettable celebrations.
Known for her contagious laugh and endless optimism, Chantelle keeps wedding planning fun and stress-free. She even admitted that a chaotic South Asian wedding was “actually a lot of fun” and wouldn’t mind planning more!
She’s also a busy mom of twins and married to her husband of three years, who’s set up more wedding décor than he ever expected.
When she’s not planning, she’s cooking, chasing her little ones, or sneaking in a nap. Her goal? To make every couple’s big day as joyful as possible!

SHAMS HASSAN
Senior Event Specialist
Shams joined our team in 2024 and immediately proved she was a perfect fit. She just gets it—super detail-oriented, incredibly tech-savvy, and always ready to try something new. Now stepping into her role as Senior Event Specialist, Shams plays a key part in designing, coordinating, and executing seamless celebrations from start to finish.
With a strong background supporting the CEO, the team, and our clients, she has mastered both the behind-the-scenes logistics and the fast-paced energy of event days. From building detailed timelines to managing vendor communication and ensuring every element aligns perfectly, she helps bring each vision to life with precision and calm confidence.
Coming from a Sudanese background, Shams knows a thing or two about big, beautiful celebrations—she’s even planned weddings for family members! She has a natural talent for blending culture, personality, and modern style into events, making them feel deeply personal and unforgettable. Whether she’s fine-tuning event details or elevating our social media presence, she does it all with a smile (and usually a cup of strong tea in hand). We’re so lucky to have her—and honestly, we don’t know what we’d do without her!
FIONA LAM
Senior Event Specialist
With four years of event planning under her belt and a background in Early Childhood Education and Hospitality Management, Fiona's basically a pro at managing people, putting out fires (not literal ones… usually), and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine.
Her first wedding planning experience was in Hawaii (we know, we’re jealous too), and she’s been hooked ever since! When she’s not making wedding magic happen, you can find her perfecting her golf swing, slurping down a bowl of pho (her forever favorite food), or hanging out with her husband, Lucas, and their adorable pup, Mello.
Whether it’s handling last-minute changes or making sure every detail is just right, Fiona brings energy, creativity, and a whole lot of heart to every event she touches.
