Things have been bustling here at the Envision Weddings studio! As such, we’ve been a little delinquent in updating our blog and letting you guys in on some juicy, real weddings that we’ve done in past years.
But nevertheless, here we are, and what a better way to kick off our 2020 real wedding blogs than to feature one of MY favourites from a couple years back?
Christina contacted me back when we weren’t even at our studio yet, when I was hosting meetings out of my little office inside my condo. She told me she heard of me through the grapevine - her sister was (is) best friends with my cousin, and she thought of no one else to do her florals (what an honour!), even despite getting some top notch recommendations from her venue, the Shangri-La Hotel downtown.
She had a big vision of having ethereal blush and ivory florals paired with the charcoal grey linens provided by the venue (although to us, they looked a little bluish-grey, but complemented the dusty miller in the florals PERFECTLY). We also suggested using our subtle, but classic custom ivory sequin linens for their head table to add just a little bit of shine.
After a little bit of back and forth, we settled on a design that was just perfect for them.
